Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Suncraft Calabasas Sunrooms & Patios, calabasassunroomsandpatios.com, support@calabasassunroomsandpatios.com

Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the Suncraft Calabasas Sunrooms & Patios website and the services we offer through it. By using the site, calling us or sending a request through our form, you agree to them, so please read them before you go further.

If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You can still reach us by phone at (747) 204-7155 with any questions.

What we do

We're a sunroom contractor in Calabasas, CA. We design, build, enclose and remodel sunrooms, patio rooms, screen rooms and patio covers for homes in Calabasas and the cities around it. You can see the full list of services on our home page and read more about our crew on our About page.

What the site says about our services is general information. It isn't a promise that a particular design, product or schedule will suit your house, because that depends on what we find when we come out and look.

Estimates and pricing

We give free in-person estimates, and there's no pressure to book. An estimate is our best figure for the work we discussed, based on what we can see and measure at your house on that visit.

The price can change if you ask for changes, or if we find conditions that weren't visible at the estimate, such as damaged framing, rot or a footing that won't carry the load. When that happens, we'll tell you what we found and what it changes before we do the extra work, and we'll put the change in writing.

Your signed contract sets the scope and price of your job. If anything on this website differs from your contract, the contract controls.

Scheduling and cancellation

We'll agree on a start date with you and do our best to keep it. Weather, permit and inspection timing, material deliveries and conditions found once the job is open can all move a schedule, and we aren't responsible for delays caused by things outside our control.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call us as soon as you can. Cancellation after you've signed is handled under the terms of your contract and any cancellation rights the law gives you, and nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you. Materials ordered or custom-made for your job may not be returnable, so they may still be owed if you cancel after we've ordered them.

Payment

Payment amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are set out in your contract. Please pay each amount when it's due, because we schedule crews and order materials around that plan.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is current, and we'll tell you before we do. We'll never ask you to pay for work outside what you've agreed to in writing.

Warranties

We stand behind our work, and any written warranty we give you for your job will be in your contract or a separate warranty document. Products such as glass, framing systems and roofing panels may also carry the maker's own warranty, which the maker handles under its own terms.

Apart from those written warranties, the website and its content are provided as they are, and we make no other promises about them, to the extent the law allows.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Suncraft Calabasas Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website, such as lost time or relying on general information here instead of an estimate for your house.

For work we do, our responsibilities are the ones set out in your contract and required by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

If we disagree

If something about your job isn't right, call us first. Most problems get settled quickly once we come back out, look at it together and agree on a fix.

If we can't settle it that way, we'll both try in good faith to resolve it through mediation before either of us goes to court, unless your contract sets a different process. Any court case will be heard in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about them or this website, are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies when you use the site. A change won't alter a contract you've already signed with us.
