What this policy covers
Suncraft Calabasas Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Calabasas, CA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.
It applies to every page of this site, from our home page to our service and city pages. It also covers the calls, emails and estimate requests that start here. If you'd like to know more about who we are before you reach out, our about page has that.
Information you give us
Most of what we know about you is what you choose to tell us. When you fill out our estimate form, call us or email us, we usually get your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the project you have in mind.
You might also send photos of your patio, deck or yard, or mention your budget and timing. We only ask for what we need to understand the job and get back to you. You don't have to give us anything you're not comfortable sharing, but we can't schedule an estimate without a way to reach you and an idea of where the work is.
Information collected automatically, including cookies
Like most websites, ours collects some basic information on its own when you visit. That can include your browser and device type, the pages you look at, how long you stay, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your IP address.
We may use cookies, which are small files your browser stores, and similar tools for this. Some keep the site and the contact form working properly. Others are analytics cookies that show us which pages people read, so we can tell what's useful and what isn't.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work for reading, though some features, like the form, may not behave as expected if you block everything.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your request, set up and carry out your estimate, plan and build your project, and follow up on questions or warranty issues afterward.
We use the automatically collected information to keep the site running, fix problems and see which pages help homeowners. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone so they can market to you.
Who else may see it
A few outside services help us run the business, and they handle some of your information for us. Our contact form is run by an online form service, our site is hosted by a web hosting company, and analytics tools report on site visits. They're expected to use your information only to provide that service to us.
On a job, we may share project details with suppliers, a city or county permit office or other parties the work requires. We'll also share information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
If you send us a request and don't move forward, we keep your details only as long as we reasonably need them to follow up, then delete them. If you hire us, we keep project records for as long as they're useful for warranty questions, future work on your sunroom or patio, and the tax and business records the law requires us to keep.
Analytics data is kept in summary form and isn't used to identify you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
California law gives some residents specific privacy rights, and we'll honor these requests from any visitor whether or not a particular law applies. We'll need to confirm it's really you before we hand over or delete anything, and we won't treat you differently for asking. Some records we have to keep by law, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for homeowners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, let us know and we'll delete it.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, such as limiting who on our team can see it and using services with standard security protections. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send us things like bank or card numbers through the form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. When we do, the new version will be posted on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted.
How to raise a privacy question or concern
If you have a question about your information, want to make a request or think something's been handled wrong, reach out through our contact page or call us at (747) 204-7155. We're available Mon–Fri from 8 AM to 11 PM and Sat–Sun from 7 AM to 11 PM.
Tell us what you're asking for and how we can reach you. We'll reply within 1 business day and work with you until it's sorted out.
